Desire, Sings and Memory of a city: An immersive site- specific theatre performance.

The UiS students of theatre in intercultural context perform The city of Stavanger as a Map of Space and Memory. The performances activate the visual and emotional landscape of places through authentic photos and documents of the past. Questioning and putting us into play.

Each element participate and composes a score of presences with its beauty, conquests, but also its failures. We need to tell and re-tell stories to better understand ourselves.

The performances are played in the public space and through some private locations that are kindly offered.

Byfesten er en heidundranes feiring av byen vår, fordelt på fire dager og på fem legendariske stavangersteder: Bjergsted, Domkirken, Skansekaien, Sølvberget og Tou.
